Kevin has been in the scale industry for 33 years and founded Tuscaloosa Scale in 1996. He is heavily credentialed in scales and serves as our general contractor.
Dede Charlton
Secretary/Treasurer
Dede has a background in management and finance and has a degree in Healthcare. She has been with the company since 1996.
Tammy Jones
Office Manager
Tammy has a background in sales and business ownership with a degree in Computer Science. She takes responsibility for the daily transactions of the company and has been with Tuscaloosa Scale since 1998.
Steve Charlton
Sales and Marketing
Steve has been in the scale industry for more than 40 years. He has been involved with business ownership and has even had some patented inventions. He joined Tuscaloosa Scale in 2011.
Matt Hale
Service Manager
Matt has a background in scales with a degree in Operations Management. He is responsible for service and repair calls, as well as daily customer operations.

In addition to their scale experience, they bring a wide variety of experience to the table including, extensive welding experience, electronics and computer degrees, military backgrounds, excellent driving records and office management degrees just to name a few! We are well equipped to take care of any need you may have with your scale, supporting equipment and records.
